ABOUT TECH TRANSFER AND NAVALX

The Department of the Navy Tech Transfer (T2) Program is available to help private industry problem solvers who work with NavalX access resources, like Naval facilities and research, as they develop solutions for the Fleet and Force.

How We Work With T2

T2 partnership and licensing agreements allow the DoN to share personnel, facilities, equipment, and intellectual property with industry and academia to accelerate technology development.

Many industry problem solvers working with NavalX and our Tech Bridges rely on T2 partnership agreements to gain access to the advanced Naval resources they need to develop necessary and relevant technologies for our sailors and marines.

T2 is a vital part of the NavalX ecosystem, making Naval partnerships more accessible to the innovators we count on to create new tech.
