How We Work
The ENC Tech Bridge, through a partnership with Fleet Readiness Center East (FRCE) and Craven County, facilitates strategic connections to accelerate creativity and innovation that deliver capability, capacity and readiness to the Navy and Marine Corps.
FRCE is North Carolina’s largest aviation maintenance, repair, overhaul, and technical services provider — with more than 4,000 workers and $1B+ in annual revenue. Together, we are helping Sailors and Marines get innovative solutions to complex problems and supporting future growth by connecting brains to planes.
