SAN DIEGO TECH BRIDGE
Headquartered in San Diego, the San Diego Tech Bridge (formerly SoCal Tech Bridge) is activating Southern California’s convergence of installations, industry, and innovators to unlock emerging technology through nontraditional partnerships. Our work is a galvanizing force that bridges the civilian to federal gap in the region — for the good of Marines, Sailors, and the nation.
How We Work
The San Diego Tech Bridge is built around the philosophy that collaborative markets can be established to enable mutually beneficial opportunities for DoD and commercial industry. To achieve this, we use many tools — including MOUs, CRADAs, Vendor Demo Agreements, SBIR contracts, and Broad Area Announcements. Together with corporate, federal, and local partners, we guide projects that deliver tech advancements and new approaches to development.
Whether bringing technology into a community for cultural integration or bringing service members into the solution design process, the San Diego Tech Bridge aims to understand the needs of our ecosystem and provide value for each part.
