What We’re Looking For

NavalX is recruiting for funded details from Warfare Centers across the country — for both remote and hybrid positions. Existing government employees eager to contribute in a dynamic, collaborative environment are encouraged to connect with us.

Acquisitions Manager

Acquisitions managers at NavalX oversee business operations, including contract management, spend plan and portfolio creation, Congressional documentation, business finance, and program management. Strong product management skills are also essential for candidates.

Product/Project Manager

Support NavalX and the SBIR/STTR team with product management expertise, guiding projects through the innovation pipeline to rapidly deliver capabilities to military personnel. The role entails internal coordination across various ONR projects, aiding in experimentation and transitioning to the Fleet and Programs of Record. Skills in collaboration, coordination, and leadership are crucial, along with knowledge of the Navy’s organizational structure, from the Fleet to OpNav and the Secretariat.

Contracting Officer

If you’re a skilled contracting officer eager to innovate and explore new methods to enhance the contracting process, we’d love to hear from you.

Financial Management

We are seeking individuals with a background in accounting and financial management to join our team, where they will work within the ERP financial management system to execute purchase requirements and track funding obligations and expenditures.

Software and System Engineers

We’re recruiting software and system engineers with expertise in digital technologies such as software factories, DEVSECOPS, computer science, artificial intelligence, autonomy, military IT security, and software development.
