CENTERS FOR ADAPTIVE WARFIGHTING
The Centers for Adaptive Warfighting (CAW) act as a center of excellence that helps the Naval enterprise adapt innovation best practices to increase both individual and overall competitive advantage. Our team trains Naval leaders and teams on complex problem-solving and ideation that increase velocity and productivity at all levels.
CAW Courses
Center Design (Virtual – One Day)
Clearly define complex problems to creatively develop testable solutions. Bring all voices into the conversation, including those who know the most and those who know things you don’t, and ensure they’re heard. Pioneered in industry, used around the world, and adapted here for the needs of the Fleet.
Military Scrum (Virtual – One Day)
The Military Scrum Master Course is designed to explain the scrum framework and how it can be implemented within the Naval enterprise. Scrum is a widely used, agile product development strategy to create iterative work products. Scrum began in the software industry and has since spread to universities, the automotive industry, the military, and beyond.
